"All of the staff here are kind, personable, informative, gentle and genuinely caring about how my pets are doing. I tend to ask lots of questions and repeat answers so I understand and they are very kind in making sure I am fully understanding the visit summary before leaving. Now let's talk about how they handle my cats. They are absolutely wonderful in how my cats are handled. They work with my cats and accommodate how they are reacting and moving. My cats aren't forced to do anything they don't want to unless absolutely medically necessary and even then they are very gentle and provide positive reinforcement."
